Mark as Useful Possible debt collector called w/ a heavy middle eastern accent. I could hardly understand his message, except for when he left the last 4 digits of my SSN number on my voicemail. I have yet to call him back.

Mark as Useful This man keeps calling me stating that he is from the Justice Department Fraud Division and telling me that a lawsuit is being filed against me. He says that I failed to repay a payday loan from Cash Advance America, but I have never received a payday loan from anyone in my life! What bothers me the most is that he has my Date of Birth, Social Security#, Driver License#, Address and email address. Where did he get all of this and what can I do about it??
